Refund policy

Every Gift Multiverse product is printed on demand, just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color selection, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

 

Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we can't cover reshipment costs.

 

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they go into production. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
